Rooms and Banquet Halls

Banquet Hall rentals require a $200 returnable damage deposit. Room rentals require a $75 deposit.

The perfect venue for showers, open houses, meetings, banquets, receptions, etc. Advanced notice required, based on set-up and subject to availability. No same day rentals granted. Reservations must be made in person with a valid photo ID. Permit holders must be present during activity. No reservations will be accepted over the phone. All rooms require a 3 hr. minimum rental. If available, extra hours may be reserved for an additional fee per hour. Hours assessed are from time in to time out. No extra time granted for decorating or clean up. Sales tax will be applied to hourly rates. All fees must be paid in full at time of registration. Table/chair set-up is included in rental fees. Events with alcohol are permitted in the Banquet Hall only, require a caterer with proper licensing / insurance to serve alcohol, may be subject to Park Board approval. Events with alcohol will be assessed an additional $60 per hour to cover security and must be booked a minimum of 30 days in advance. SEE BELOW FOR FACILITY PERMIT and MORE INFORMATION.

Renters of the banquet hall or north half may also rent the kitchen for an additional $55. Rentals past 10pm (midnight is latest): additional $100/hr. All fees must be paid in full at time of registration. Table/chair set-up is included in rental fees. Events with alcohol are permitted in the Banquet Hall only, require a caterer with proper insurance / permit to serve alcohol (examples are ACE Catering and Comfort’s Catering), may be subject to Park Board approval, and must be booked a minimum of 30 days in advance.
