Highland Parks & Recreation Master Plan (2021-25)
Mission Statement: The mission of the Highland Parks Department is to enrich and enhance our community by providing safe, welcoming, and sustainable parks. We also strive to expand affordable, educational, and fun programs for all residents to enjoy and expand everyone’s quality of life.
This master plan will serve as a guidance tool for the Highland Parks & Recreation Department to follow over the next few years. The Parks and Recreation Department would like to thank those residents who took the time to provide comments at public hearings and to fill out surveys.
