Goat Yoga (new! – ages 15 & up)

Celebrate International Yoga Day with us!  Laugh and unwind with the pure playfulness of Goat Yoga! Breathe, stretch, and play with the baby goats as they walk around and jump on participants, reminding all to relax and smile. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. All yoga experience levels are welcome.
